Our History
Founded in 2019 under the leadership of four undergraduate students, the Cornell Real Estate Development & Investment Trust ("CREDIT") has provided a community of real estate investors and owners at Cornell University. Since its inception, CREDIT has provided students with an experiential outlet to explore real estate acquisitions, repositioning and development. Through CREDIT's semester education program, corporate partnerships, professional speakers, and real-world investments, members develop technical, behavioral, and fundamental skills.
