Connor Klein '29

Connor is a student at Cornell's Nolan School of Hotel Administration focusing on real estate finance. This past summer he interned at Commonwealth Asset Management, where he built an AI tool to track data center legislation across all 50 states and helped the deal team evaluate a Puerto Rico hotel acquisition. He's also interned at Arena Capital Advisors and Sofitel Beverly Hills, giving him exposure to both the investment and operations sides of hospitality.
